13. Governing Law and Venue

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If you are entitled to mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your province or territory of residence, those protections may apply despite the above venue clause to the extent required by law.
14. Dispute Resolution (Informal First)
Before starting a formal legal process, you agree to contact us and provide a short description of the issue and the relief requested. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within thirty (30) days. This informal step does not limit either party’s rights where urgent injunctive relief is needed.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if needed for security, maintenance, or operational reasons. Sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive termination.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any notices posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gao Invest Canada regarding the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications.
18. Assignment

19. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
